The Experience
Our Off-the-Beaten-Track Fishing Adventures are designed for anglers wanting to explore beyond the usual fishing spots.
Led by Matt, these full-day experiences take you to remote areas along the Overberg coastline, combining rock and surf fishing with scenic drives, exploration, and access to locations that are difficult to reach without local knowledge and the right vehicle.
You’ll have the option to drive with us or follow in your own vehicle throughout the day.

Your Trip
You’ll have the option to travel with us or follow in your own vehicle throughout the day.
If you’re bringing your own vehicle, please ensure it is suitable for off-road conditions, as some areas can be rough and difficult to access.
Locations are selected according to weather conditions, tides, season, and fishing activity on the day.
While a catch can never be guaranteed, every trip is designed to offer an enjoyable, authentic, and memorable fishing experience.
Full-Day Experience
Approximately 8 hours spent exploring and fishing remote locations along the Overberg.
Ideal for those wanting a more adventurous and immersive fishing experience.
Gear & Bait
We provide all rods, tackle, and bait needed for the trip, and the gear is selected according to the location and fishing conditions on the day.
You’re welcome to bring your own gear or combine it with ours depending on your preference. If you have gear that you’d like to bring along but aren’t sure about, Matt will be able to guide you beforehand.
We use fresh bait wherever possible and, if conditions allow, you may even have the opportunity to join Matt in collecting bait before the session.

Don’t have a fishing licence? Let us know and we’ll help you arrange one before your trip or lesson. Children under the age of 12 do not require a fishing permit.
